Moon(Cup)Cakes!

With the Chinese Mid-autumn festival (read more about the festival here) approaching, I present my latest creation...
Moon(cup)cakes inspired by Chockylit!

After many days of experimenting in the kitchen, I came up with 3 original flavours that are sure to delight your tastebuds! ;) I love how the flavours are able to intertwine with each other, they seem to be a match made in heaven!

What are mooncupcakes?
They are a twist from your conventional mooncakes! Since they're in a cupcake form, you can have your cupcake and eat it too!

Similarities?
1.Both encase fillings (ie. white lotus paste and red bean paste)
2.They are YUMMY!! Nom nom nom..

Recipe request.

I need some recipe help! I bought some heavy whipping cream to make truffles with, and now I have leftover cream. Any ideas on what I can use it for?
